What I dislike there are hidden charges in your bill and when you call their customer service centre It takes 1 hour before someone gonna answers your call or no one will answer at all you have to redial again and the virtual assistance that gonna assist is not helpful at all. I requested for account migration but they put account cancellation.

Learn moreInternet speed is very slow.....no positive response while visiting in branch or over the phone........earlier we could chk speed of browsing but now not available.........i used to have 89 dhs.package earlier no issues.......switched to 198 dhs......speed is very slow..........no one want to visit........they charge for visit 50.00 dhs.......why!!!!!!!!We do pay every month service charge...........we don't have choice...........all friend circle same issues
