Learn moreصراحة توجد لديهم خدمات جيدة ولكن لم يستغلوها بطريقة مريحة للزبون، بالنسبة لي لدي خبرة في شركات الاتصالات مع جميع البلدان الاخرى و صراحة اسعارها مريحة و منظمة للزبون و عروضهم اكثر و اكثر وتناسب احتياجات الزبون .. ارجو ان يطلعو بأفكار جديدة و ينافسو بقية شركات الاتصالات العالمية و هذا سوف يساعدهم في التقديم للجوائز العالمية

Learn moreVery difficult to reach the customer care. The automated voice software annoys and doesn’t answer your technical questions.Kindly ensure customers get good internet service. Never have I experienced the spied which I was promised as per the contract. It’s a shame to see your videos buffer while the internet speed in only on paper.. and not in reality.

Learn moreاسعار الخدمات غالية جدا وهذا شى طبيعي لعدم وجود منافس في السوق المحلي.. خدمة المساعد او مساعدتك الالية ترفع الضغط وجعلني ادخل في هيستريا صراخ عالي لايمكن أن يوجد بديل للعنصر البشري.. خدمة My Etisalat لاتساعد في حل المشاكل فأنت تطلب المساعدة او ترسل اميل وتطلب رد لا أحد يجيب.. خدمة النت ليست سريعة داخل المنازل وبطئية التحميل.. ناهيك عن العروض التي لاتعني ولا تسمن من جوع.. اتمنى ان يلغوا خدمة مساعدتك الالية..
