I have used Du for a couple of month now and I am not satisfied with the service at all. The deals are never good enough and the other service provider (Etisalat) has so many more pros for its customers unlike Du. Du is very costly and not beneficial at all. The offers are absurd and they're useless. For example, the social data pack contains social media apps that aren't used commonly and left out other apps that are used widely throughout the region. Its honestly horrible! Will switch to Etisalat very soon, as well as many of my friends and family members due to the poor quality.

It should provide law data cost, because I'm an indian so we always used law cost data with more validity..

They try hard and have the right attitude but can improve the process to resolve internal problems rather than make customer resolve their internal deficiencies.
