Learn moreNeeds improvement of the service and quality and consistency.. had terrible experience during our last visit.. we were seated outside/ outdoor seating area as we have kids.. after awhile, they served the pizza and since were hungry, we attempt to eat it immediately but just on time when the server and the supervisor I came and asked us if that pizza was our order, I told her I'm sorry because I got confused if its our order since I got occupied with my kids and just want to eat..so I wasnt able to really checked it.. and the head staff asked me if we touched it already then I told her that we didn't just almost when they came.. then she said because its not your order, an impolite approach as if it was our mistake.. so i myself apologized and said that I was busy with my kids and I assumed only that what you brought was our order.. then she took it and bring the other one that was exchange I guess with the other take away order from the other customer.. then It took awhile to brought us our drinks, that I have to go inside and asked one of them standing infront of the door which no one bother to check us, their customer who were seated outside. I also noticed that they dont have mch customer seated inside as well and yet their all grouped standing inside only. The pizza served was dry and a bit over cooked, we took 2 slices only and the softdrinks took too long to be served and you need to asked for it after were almost done.. Unattentive staff, poor quality food and services.. i intentionally mentioned the branch just to be fair to other outlets that their doing their job accordingly.. this was our expeeience in Al Riqqa, Deira Branch only (outside mall).Just concerned for the prestigious brand that due to staff behaviour will affect their business.
