Learn moreI like their fast service and the taste of burgers. However , I have got a different burger a couple of times. But after complaining, their service recovery is fast. They offered a replacement. So I think the brand understands Service recovery paradox better.

Learn moreBurger King is one of our favorite fast food options. I personally prefer Burger King over other fast food joints. I especially felt that burgers here were more tastier than others , Burger King clearly had better tasting meat...There is wide range of choices tandoori, grilled, whopper etc and also sides like dynamite cheese fries are really worth trying.
