Learn moreI ordered ice cream for me and my family while having lunch at the Jumeirah Road branch (Near Jumeirah Grand Mosque). The lady taking my order, told me that the ice cream machine was not working. I was sitting at the table right in front of the counter where me and my children were having lunch. After like 10 minutes a family came in and asked for ice cream. The lady that gave me the fake excuse was not around so the other sales lady took the order from this family and gave them the ice cream. With my kids watching and questioning me, I had to talk to the manager who was not helpful at all and was giving out the lamest excuses possible... Definitely my last bite at this branch
