Learn moreMy last interaction with them was years back. I had a very bad experience with their customer service which I always experience. Also, I don’t feel that exciting or wow vibe now whenever I enter to their shop unlike 4 years back. It’s quite boring now.

Learn moreI was having very bad experience one Indian sales lady who recommended Vivo phone. She speaks very high about it and phone is (Y21) very bad in most of the apps and overall operation. after so many attempt they have taken the phone back and given me a voucher for buying a different phone.
