Learn morei called for an emergency request ( fridge caused a short circuit at home, so i had to trun it off ) not only they didnt login my call in their system first time and i had to call a second time for that blaming their ticketing system !!! , but also they sent me a technician TWO days later to suprize me that he is YET TO order the spare parts which will get delivered in TWO more days !!! i dont know who will be satified with such service the spare parts were susbected by the call center and they promised that a technician will visit carrying those parts with him! now on 4th day with no freidge !! serisouly considering buying a new one from another seller

Learn moreIn my opinion, jumbo service center needs to be more serious about customer updates and responsiveness .. service cases NEVER get updated well on their website , thy promise an answer within 2 business days and good luck to you if you get an update in 2 calendar weeks !! Call center feels helpless they’ll always promise someone will call back from service in an hour , which will never happen. I hope their management see this comment cuz this brand and their customers deserved better than the current situation
