allow customers to browse. They don't always need to have a guided tour--some like to be left alone, and if they are like me, then they will look at a few stores before making a final decision. Customer advisers need to read body language--some people want help, some don't.

Recently they had a promotion of up to 50% off on electronics and the prices of most of the new products were low. They are in competition with most of the electronic stores.

More than once I have experienced that the items on their promotional offer are not included once I reached the cashier. The latest disappointing experience happened to me early this month where I was charged double with the item that was mentioned on their flyer to be 2 pieces for the price of one but to my dismay, I was charged double as the cashier told me the item was not part of the promo offer despite me showing him the picture from their flyer proving it was indeed on promo. They have resolved the issue but after hassles and waste of my time and effort so, I recommend double checking your item to purchase if it is really on promo offer.

I bought a washing machine from there every thing was fine till tue machine broke down for 3 times in less than 60 days with the same issue. Carrefour don't want to replace the item or refund my money back in order to buy a new one.
