Whenever there is a return of goods, they do not refund the amount and they reserve as credit in your profile, which means that you are force to shop again with them to cover up your amount, this is a very wrong and unethical practice, I as a customer always do my payment via PayPal and then if I want to buy from any other online store, I again have to spend additional amount whereas my amount is blocked unnecessarily, which eventually forces me to buy from Namshi, other services are good for shopping but this practice of not refunding the money keeps me away from shopping anymore from them.
