Learn moreLately and over the years there are some staff who are very friendly and helpful, however some are not at all and I see this common with similar brands within the same group. One encounter I didn't like was when I was at the counter once and the staff was interacting with a customer In his native language and I had an item to exchange. He took my item while he was still speaking to them. After they left, I said I would like to exchange, after which he said I should have told him earlier! And was annoyed! Like excuse me? What? You were busy with a customer and speaking to them, I can't just interrupt you in between and I had mentioned it exactly as soon as his interaction was done with the previous customer. Who is responsible for this attitude?! Would he say the same if it was another nationality ?!

Learn moreZara offers good quality product/material but on a little pricey compared to other clothing brands. What I love from this brand is that the style is very edgy and unique that you can find it only in their store. But on the downside, most of the staff are not approachable esp when you're Asian, they tend to ignore you at times.
