Learn moreNo one answers call. Its really hard to contact through phone. Even if you buy car from Dubai for accidental repair one has to visit Sharjah Service center for almost 4 to 5 times to get your car fixed. No doubt service is good but inconvenience to travel to Sharjah.

Learn moreI regularly service for my car Pajero. Overall customer service is good but there are some cases where I have found un-welcoming and un-professional staff. I had once to bounce back between the office staff and the people outside 3-4 times as no one was ready to receive the car for service and finally some one from inside came out and picked it.
