Learn moreI went to Honda Service for the service of our car. The break pads are making sounds I think we should change it since they're old enough, but the staff said they only need cleaning so after the service and using the car next day the break pads are still making that sounds when we call and asked why, they said that they will check it again, they told us nothing is wrong about them but then again they are still making sound, we told them to change the break pads and then they told us that we need to pay for another service fee that's when I realized what is happening. The product itself is good but the staff service needs more customer satisfaction in terms of their service.
