I again never been able to be Carrefour App customer. I love in store shopping with them a lot but not on App. As for me I am not able to cope up with there App experience. Need something more eye catching

I buy from carrefour now at least twice a week. They are accurate, if the product is missing they call sometimes to replace otherwise refunds to the bank. System is easy, very friendly delivery.

I received not fresh fruits from them. Not edible anymore. (Mango) meat quality is bad as well, a lot of fats. Though customer services assisted me to cancel the order, it is still hassle because I need the item same time

Everytime I need a niche grocery product I can be sure to find it at Carrefour on the app. The convenience of Carrefour now with its 60 minute delivery is amazing and it's location coverage is also very extensive. The convenience of being able to order all your grocery item from a single source and having it delivered within 60 minutes makes me go back on the app for all my routine grocery shopping.

When you are checking in website item available, but if you check in Apps item out of stock. Third party delivery guy sometime is rude and useless talking..
