Quality and standard of meals are rock bottom. LH should seriously revamp the menu and recheck the quality

The phone service is abysmal - 90% of the calls are unattended or callers are put on hold for an unacceptable period ie 15-20 minutes and the call is then automatically disconnected. Either have a professional phone service or cancel this option - it is better than wasting customers time & would save LH some money?
