When I purchase the shoes in Avenues store last January 27, 2015 with invoice no. 52624, when the saleslady check my shoes she did not aware it's different size. I found out when I returned to my office and fit the shoes I noticed it's different size so I went back again just to returned the shoes I purchased. From my side it's a waste of time instead I will go home after work I have to returned back to Avenues just to exchange the shoes. And the saleslady did not apologize for the said incident. Kindly teach and retrain your staff regarding customer service.

I thought I was the only one noticing but a visitor of mine did so too and it made us leaving lots of clothes behind. I told the staff at Marina on two occasions but I doubt it will change anything.
