Delivered one hour earlier than we had requested. Driver was incredibly rude and the restaurant representative on the phone was unapologetic and said that now that the food was going to be returned, they would not be able to deliver at the requested time. It made it seem like the mix up was my fault. However, they did replace the food and delivery was on time. I wish they had been more polite to their customer both in person and on the phone rather than making me feel like their mistake was my fault! Customer service needs attention.

معرفة المزيدThis new restaurant in Jabriya (behind Champions Ladies Gym) exceeded my expectations. Fresh ingredients, the waiter (philipino) was knowledgeable and answered all food questions and friendly as well. Prices are reasonable and portions are good. I was so impressed the first time I went that I actually went back again just 5 days later. My friend was also impressed he went back for takeaway 3 times in 16 days (and he rarely does that)! Excellent new place and I am glad to see the owner put the effort in to make it run smoothly.
