I tried to open up a savings account. But UNFORTUNATELY, they ask for a salary certificate WHICH I AM BELOW salary requirement- 5000dhs. I DONT GET IT. I am not asking for a loan or credit. This makes me hard to open an account in Emirates NBD.

1) have parking space next to your banks: Tecom, DIFC 2) staff lies to people 3) I was charged interest due to a miscommunication from bank staff 3) had to pay and couldn't do anything 4) I don't recommend it to anyone 5) I spent thousands and thousands and never got any reward

Starting from the retail agents who are calling you and offer you different services until the branch managers they should all improve. I have never experienced someone who has a branch manager position and be so useless. I am talking about Jumeirah branch manager. As well no clear informations can be given by the personnel in the branch when they are asked.... Is like somebody "forbidden"them to give basic information for customers. Due this reason I have close all my accounts in this bank and I refuse to work with them. No support, No help, No interest

Something as simple as a smile when entering the branch. Some of them look with such anger or boredom at the customer.

Have someone you can speak to in person! Face to face matters not everything can be solved on the phone. Till date my issue is pending and it had been 2 months and I keep getting told someone will call me back and noone does. The processes are crap

they say the branch will call back in 4 working days for any issue and they fail to call. you have to call them constantly reminding them that you made a complain and need to get it solved ASAP

More efficient customer service at the branch

Better trained professionals at their call centres and better product knowledge.

They mislead with their Credit Card services. They do not keep their promises most of the time.
