I like their branch in Bur Dubai as it is convenient and accessible. This branch and its pharmacy beside it is usually busy beginning late afternoon so it is preferred to visit in morning to early afternoon. Staff are helpful though I noticed during some busy times few of them take time to chat and ignore the needs or inquiry of the patients/customers and keep them waiting so I hope they could improve on this.

معرفة المزيدHospital ambiance is well maintained, the staffs are all accomodating and nice, however there are instances that it’s taking too long waiting for our turn, also in their pharmacy there are times many people are waitng standing in queue so I think they provide more staff there. But over all, Prime Health Care is a hospital of good service and with good doctors.

معرفة المزيدMy wife had a severe chest pain and hence scheduled an appointment. when the turn came the doctor just asked her the issue,she told what exactly is happening and this doc..just types on the keyboard and says its ok it will go and tells her to take panadol. The same she was taking earlier during the day in the office .I told him is that the only medicine, he said it would subside . The same evening , my wife still continued getting pain. Called the doctor and he just said continue. This guy must be in his 60's..i tool my wife to another hospital then ...and she was treated with plenty of medicines.which she got cured. It seems like he was relying on the system and giving remedies .
