Other is having rude and sarcastic approach when a costumer dint able to received the order in time, they want that if they arrived to place of delivery you are there to wait for them even they don't want to make little adjustment if the place is not accurate what they want is they will wait for you on the place you mentioned and not accept 1 minute delay.
