معرفة المزيدI've been using careem now for a year , but recently i got ripped off by a driver who decided to take longer routes to reach the destination. The fare at the end of the destination was higher than the estimation on the app. The driver was rude and drove over speed limits even though we were not in a hurry.

My order was delivered to a different address and left it at my door before I confirmed to the captain that this is my location flat number and bldg. I was expected to go to that address and pick up from there while they assure it will not happen again. No consolation of consideration was given despite me not feeling well and hungry and without food. They didn’t take my feedback that it should be included in protocols for captains to wait for an OK from the customer after receiving a pic of the package in from of the door.

معرفة المزيدThe app has a great User Interface that gives a very user friendly experience. Apart from the friendly user experience , the service has been great and my orders have always reached on time. However , i feel Careem has comparatively less choice than the others.
