معرفة المزيدi had visited their abu dhabi branch yesterday evening with my brother and when we entered the branch no one welcomed us and after that no one asked us how to help us when on the other side the other sister brand company next to them was totally the opposite experience...very bad I don't recommend any one to buy from kia as the service for expected customer is bad then after sales is the worst as your value as customer will show at the beginning of the relationship.

As per the staff, when I had the battery and pil changed, he said that car will be cleaned as well, however, when my friend came to pick up the car because we received a call from them, oil and battery was changed but car was not yet cleaned. The staff said that it will be ready for pick up the next day if they will clean the car. My friend didnt agree so they cleaned the car quickly just to give it the same day.
