I feel welcomed whenever I visit this bank especially Dubai Mall branch which is fast and easy when it comes to customer transaction and the staffs are accommodating and well mannered as well..

Couldnt pay credit card payment using cash deposit machine(CDM). Branch teller was not happy to deposit the amount.

The DIB customer had done domestic funds transfer to local UAE bank, but the funds were not recived by the cusotmer till date it's more than 45 days no trace of funds neither credited back to the DIB customer account nor received by the receiver. On online chat, on email , in the branch on the phoen all only say its sent but not making any effeorts to give the tracing being requested by the receiving bank to trace the funds. very bad customer service, knowledge and problem resolution attitude of staff not up to the mark to resolve the issue.

It says it's Islamic Bank but it is an interest earing bank with high interest people will get loan wer easy. If your salary 3000 an above u will get the loan very easy
