Products too costly, Customer Service so bad, and also product doesnt come fresh. Always old date and specific dairy items. How come a curd can be 10 days old delivered - Doesnt this affect throat?

Tried to order groceries from Talabat but after paying, some items are always not available. If items are not available, should no longer post in the app. Nevertheless, the payment was refunded but the time spent for ordering was a waste.

I always loved Zomato, but once it closed down I did not have an option but switch to Talabat. Now I am loving Talabat only problem is with the offers and delivery. They have selected brands that have offers and delivery charges are Aed 9 dh. If I order 15 dh I have to pay an additional 9dh which is not worth it. They should come up with some solutions.

Everything is ok except processing of order in the App. Not sure if order already accept/process. Option in payment you cannot choose properly if cash or card..

كان احسن حاليا بتطلب الشغلة خصوصا الخضراوات بتيجي نصها خربانه وفي سائقين بتأخرو بموعد التسليم وبيجي الاكل بارد
