I am sharing my personal experience with Keeta Food Delivery to help other drivers make an informed decision. I joined Keeta under a three-month fixed-salary contract, leaving my previous company because I trusted their offer. Unfortunately, the company ended my contract within just one month, without giving any prior notice. The explanation given was “low performance,” but during my time there, I saw a completely different situation. Bike riders were continuously receiving orders, while car riders received almost none. Without orders, it’s impossible for car riders to meet any performance requirement, which makes the reason given feel unfair and misleading. Many of us joined with hopes for a better opportunity, but instead we faced sudden termination, uncertainty, and financial stress. This experience was extremely disappointing and felt like a broken promise. This review is based entirely on my personal experience, and I strongly recommend that future riders be cautious before joining.
